Most of Earth is actually permanently dark. Since 70% of our planet is ocean, and the average depth is more than 12,00 feet—and light can't penetrate more than 330 feet. Seems our backlit keyboards would be a big hit down there!
The ocean floor contains more artifacts, antiquities and relics than all the world's museums combined. That's an impressive amount of memory and data—and we do this for a living!
Octopuses really know how to blend in with a crowd. They use their brilliant camouflaging skills for protection—they're gifted with the ability to change color, shape, and even texture as well as brightness. Everyone at Acer works hard to deliver agile, adaptable tools that perform in any environment.
A Red Tempest
Mars is known for its red color, which is due to iron oxide, otherwise known as rust that’s fine as powder. Scientists are fascinated by the weather patterns. Dust storms often spread across the entire planet and last several weeks. FYI: We’re all about ensuring your tech budget stays in the black, not the red.
A Popular Fascination
Right now, Mars is hosting two rovers on the planet's surface and five orbiters; each is sending information back to scientists on Earth for continued study and the search for past and present life. Feedback is essential to everything we do at Acer—we're always listening for ways to improve our products and services for our academic partners.
Over Hill and Dale
Mars is home to the largest maze of connecting canyons in the solar system called the Noctis Labyrinthus ("labyrinth of the night"). It's more than 5 times the size of the Grand Canyon, and runs as long as the entire US. When you partner with Acer it's our mission to deliver more peaks than valleys when it comes to providing leading-edge devices for your students—along with the service and warranties you need to protect your investment.
